HAVE A HALLOWEEN PARTY
The best part of parties is the food. Get black plates, napkins, black
chenille stems and white/silver gel pen. Make 3 holes on each side of the
plate and tie on chenille stems. You just made a spider plate! Now take
the black napkins and draw on silvery webs. For a slimy drink, get Green
Jell-O, Mountain Dew, Sprite, and 7-Up or other soda. Put in 2/3 of the
Jell-O in the bottom of a clear cup/glass. Pour in the soda with 1/3 about
left to the top of the cup. Pour in the rest of the Jell-O. Make it
effective by raking the top of the Jell-O with a fork. Happy Drinking! For
a cool main course, have spaghetti with meatball eyes. Get some meatballs
and put on an onion/garlic, and an olive on top. Make sure it looks like
an eyeball. Cook and Put 2 peeking out from a heap of spaghetti each
plate. Put bloody sauce over it and you got yourself a festive main
course. Ghoulish Eating!

GHOULISH GAMES For one classic, get a huge pot and fill it to the brim with cold water. Drop in apples, 1 for each guest. Have each person try to catch the apple with only his or her mouth. Or the Eyeball Challenge. Get a plastic eyeball at party stores and spoons. Have each guest race to a specific spot without dropping the eyeball and back. How about Pin the Nose on the Jack O’ Lantern? Draw a huge Pumpkin with eyes and a mouth. Leave out the nose. Now, make a nose on a different piece of paper, different for each guest. Cut out and write a number on it. Have each person take a nose, have a blindfold, and spin them around 3 times. Each person tries to pin the nose in its correct spot. You may want to draw an “X” where it should be. The closest wins. Or, my favorite, Wrap the Mummy. Get a lot of toilet paper, 2-4 for each group of 2-3 people. Have them wrap one person. The first group who has their “mummy” wrapped fully wins! |
