Materials

Large sized fabric of any color

Long string, or fabric of contrasting color of felt from above

needle and thread, colors of above felt/string colors

Glitter, fabric scraps, felt markers, etc. Decorating supplies

 

Steps

 
Step 1:

Cut out 2 purse sized circles from any type of fabric.
Step 2:

Sew them together, with a sewing machine or needle and thread leaving the top curve open.
Step 3:

Push the fabric inside out so that the sewn edges are inside.

Step 4:

Decorate with anything you like!
Step 5:

From a solid contrasting color, snip a long strap to fit either over your shoulder or on your wrist. Sew on the openings for the strap.
